✨ Someone said yes Today, as we celebrate International Women in Engineering Day, we launch a week dedicated to one powerful idea: how opportunity can shape careers, ambitions, and impact. 🌍 Through our Sulzer Scholarship for Women in Science and Engineering (WISE), we support talented individuals by connecting ambition with access. Launched in 2019, WISE is a global initiative that empowers young women in STEM by removing financial and systemic barriers to education, providing funding and technical mentorship to help them build successful careers in engineering. This week, we will share the stories of Clara Marqués (Brazil), Calfonia Maake (South Africa), Abigail Domínguez (Mexico), and Chenhui Ji (China) and how their journeys in engineering began. 🎥 In this first video, they reflect on what first drew them to science and what they were striving for.
