“No hay un modo, no hay un punto exacto.”: There is no single way, no exact point. When Fernando Romero, P.E., VP of Engineering Services AME, shared his perspective at the Latin American Refining Technology Conference (LARTC), it sparked powerful conversations about what it actually means to be a true partner in the service business. In downstream operations, in turnaround and rotating equipment work, the reality is: • Every machine is different • Every outage brings its own challenges • Every refinery carries unique history and set of constraints That’s what made Fernando’s session resonate so strongly, and what continues to drive how we support our customers every day. Because there is no single way to solve a problem; the most critical tool we bring to any site isn’t a wrench or a blueprint, but it’s our ability to listen. Connecting with industry leaders across Latin America at LARTC was a fantastic reminder of why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to exchange expertise, share their challenges, and help us continue building partnerships rooted in listening first. #LARTC2026 #Downstream #Refining #RotatingEquipment #EngineeringServices #Partnership #Energy
