Turning end-of-life plastics into valuable resources is one of the key challenges for our industry. We are proud to support WPU, part of Vitol, in advancing chemical recycling through Sulzer 's PyroCon™ technology and engineering expertise. Vitol's WPU is developing a new facility in Rotterdam that will convert end-of-life mixed plastics into pyrolysis oil, a circular feedstock for new chemicals and materials. By enabling this process, advanced technologies help ensure reliable and robust operations with varying feedstocks, reduce waste, and move us closer to a more circular economy.
