A large left occipital tumor extending toward the temporal horn and splenium—an anatomically demanding region involving visual processing and interhemispheric visual integration. Neuronavigation, intraoperative ultrasound, and 5-ALA fluorescence were combined to improve tumor localization, assess the resection in real time, and distinguish pathological tissue more precisely. This integrated approach enabled maximal safe resection while preserving neurological function. The patient recovered without new neurological deficits and was discharged home independently for further adjuvant treatment.
