Our team recently stepped outside the office walls to step back and reflect. We began the morning with a coaching session on team dynamics and collective intelligence animated by Christian Oberson from RH Conseil SA, hosted within the Musée international de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge in Geneva. The setting alone lent the session an added depth.   In the afternoon, the museum’s director Pascal Hufschmid led us on a personalized visit through archives, humanitarian dilemmas, digital challenges and objects that carry extraordinary human stories.  A powerful reminder that behind every statistic, every conflict, every crisis, there are people.   Two experiences in one day that gave our team space to reflect, connect and grow together.
