Time is fleeting and some moments are hard to soak in. I am grateful to have been able to capture these special moments! I have been with Junior Achievement of Northern New England for six full and lively months and I am so happy that they took a chance on me. We often have teachers, students and volunteers think about their “why JA?” And as I reflect on mine, it’s quite simple — for the students. The students we engage with are not the future, they are making change here and now. It’s evident with our JA Company Program, with a senior knowing what they want to study in college, or even something as simple as a second grader learning how to become a responsible member of a community. Because of these small and raw moments, I am able to wake up and not just do the job, but to live out my purpose which, has always been to serve others for the greater good. #WhyJA
