📌 Calling all #mentors! In JA Company Program (JACP), high school students start a company that fills a need in their community with a product or service under the guidance of corporate professionals and community mentors. During the program, students not only develop entrepreneurial and business skills, but also build self-confidence, practice problem-solving skills, and prepare for college and the workforce. Junior Achievement of Greater Boston is looking for #mentors to fill sites in #Boston, #Quincy, #Lawrence, and for a hybrid group. ✅ As a JACP mentor, your role will be to provide guidance to your students while offering your meaningful expertise. ✅ The program requires a weekly commitment of two hours from November through April, excluding holidays and school vacations ✅ There will be multiple mentors on your team to cover the sessions ✅ An entrepreneurial background is not required. JA sees the value of all people from various backgrounds and careers ⭐ If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please reach out to Tara MacKenzie at [email protected]. #entrepreneurship #workforcereadiness #designthinking
