Two weeks ago, the SUBMARINER Network for Blue Growth EEIG & s.Pro – sustainable projects GmbH team gathered in Berlin for our annual Company Days. We spent two days looking both back and ahead, getting organised for the work to come, and simply enjoying each other's company outside the usual project rhythm. 🌊 We learned new skills in facilitated workshops, talked through how we work together and where we add the most value to our projects and partners, and what we value about each other as a colleagues. The next day, we traded the meeting room for a treasure hunt through Plänterwald and dinner outdoors in Treptower Park. Thanks to the organizers and to our amazing team! 💙
