Havhøst - Ocean Harvest has spent more than a decade proving that regenerative ocean farming can be community-led, locally rooted, and genuinely impactful. Based in Denmark, they've built a national network of 40+ blue community gardens where volunteers cultivate low-trophic species that filter water, restore biodiversity and produce food with a net positive impact on the ecosystem. They also bring this work into schools and support small-scale blue entrepreneurs along the coast.
