Sometimes the best way to understand teamwork is to build something together.🔧✨ That was the challenge during a recent team-building activity with our team in Spain, where each group built a different section of a 12-meter bridge, later assembled into one complete structure. What started as a simple exercise quickly became a reflection of how we work every day at Suanfarma. Every piece mattered, and each team played a key role in achieving the final result. It was also a great example of our values in action: Unity through collaboration, Integrity through doing things the right way, and Accountability through taking ownership of their part of the challenge.
