🌟In the food industry, a nugget is just a small piece… 🧗‍♂️In our Accenture project for Louis Dreyfus Company, it has been anything but a small piece of work. 🚀 In a co-creation way of working, we created an all-new ERP for the Illertissen plant, acquired by LDC from BASF. Our objective was clear: Make the plant operational under the LDC Core Model from Day 1. 👍Mission completed. Hundreds of talented individuals, from single SME contributors to organization leaders, worked together to design, build and bring to life this integration. Organizing all pieces into a consistent and seamlessly integrated system around its SAP S/4HANA core, we integrated streams such as Production, Sales, Logistics, Procurement and Finance. The Finance stream also included the redesign of industrial controlling methods and processes, to ensure the future steering of industrial plant performance under local and global requirements. 🌟I have been privileged to meet with extremely dedicated experts, motivated to work under tremendous pressure for months in a row, and make it happen. I would not want having missed this highly transformative and truly human experience.
