Here is a STUDIO SITEC impression for the proposed Thomas A Kempis Museum in Zwolle , The Netherlands. Thomas A Kempis was a member of Modern Devotion, a spiritual movement during the late medieval period. He became famous as the author of The Imitation of Christ, one of the most read books after the Bible (The Netherlands around 1418–1427). The location for the museum is to be Agnietenberg (Mount Agnes) in Zwolle, The Netherlands where A Kempis resided in a monastery. After entering the museum, a modern wooden structure guides visitors’ explorations of A Kempis’ life and philosophy, and leads to a courtyard-facing mediation space.
