Strohm recently welcomed Bocolo Joao and Samuel João Filipe João, field service technicians from OG3S Mecanica Lda., our strategic local partner in Angola, for a hands-on training to support the Strohm Field Service Group’ (#FSG) operations in Angola. Throughout the training, they gained practical experience in important areas such as coating repair, and various installation procedures covering Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (#TCP) end fittings, ballast modules, and Bend Restrictors. Building local competencies is an important part of our long term strategy of delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in the field in-country. By training technicians with the practical skills needed to carry out maintenance and repairs, we can respond more quickly, reduce schedule risks and strengthen collaboration with stakeholders. Thank you to Pipe Completion and FSG team in delivering the training and supporting this knowledge transfer.
