SpinifexIT would like to congratulate the OMV team for their recent Go Live on the Strato Document Suite. While this is an on-going project, Strato Document Management is now live in Austria and Germany. It was critical for OMV to have a centralized repository of employee documents tightly integrated with their SAP SuccessFactors system. There were some challenges during the project, including complex retention rules that had to cater for expatriate and concurrent employment scenarios. Strato however was built to handle these challenges and the retention rules were tailored by the project team to ensure compliance with local and global HR data management standards. The implementation was a great partnership between the Strato services team in Germany and the OMV project team. Big shout out to the OMV testing team who were very thorough when it came time to put Strato to the test – every scenario was validated idown to the last detail. This focus helped to ensure a successful project and a smooth go-live. The next phase (currently underway) is the implementation of Strato Document Generation for Austria and Germany with a focus on automating hiring, onboarding and employment contract requirements.    Congrats to the OMV team led by Michaela Haider, MSc MBA.
