Sr. Agatha Ahaisibwe of the Daughters of Saint Theresa of the Child Jesus shares the inspiring journey of her congregation’s social enterprise. After participating in the #SBVP Social Enterprise Development Programme (#SEDP), Sr. Agatha experienced a transformative #shift in #mindset, gaining the knowledge and tools needed to build a sustainable enterprise. Today, the dream of just having a nursery school has grown significantly, with the school now enrolling learners up to Standard Seven. The initiative has not only expanded access to education but has also created employment opportunities within the community.
