In 2016, Adam joined the Diatron and STRATEC teams. Over his ten-year journey, he has gained valuable insights across different areas. He started as an instrument technician, focusing on assembling and testing delicate mechanical components of hematology analyzers. Later, he transitioned to the outgoing quality control team, where he ensured that each instrument met the highest hardware and software standards before shipping. While building his career, Adam also pursued a degree in mechanical engineering and found his true passion: programming and artificial intelligence. After further developing his coding skills as a software tester for clinical chemistry analyzers, he finally joined the Data Science team, where he now focuses on algorithm development.
