Thanks to a new "Response format" configuration in the Ask Gemini step, you can now set outputs to a list format and use the new Repeat for each step to iterate through items or process Google Sheet data row by row. Previously, handling list data or batch actions in Workspace Studio required manually duplicating steps. This update is a major milestone for enterprise automation, as it allows you to automatically create individual tasks from general meeting notes, or effortlessly draft personalized emails for an entire list of sales leads straight from a Sheet. This feature saw a full rollout starting June 2, 2026, and is available for most Business, Enterprise, and Education tiers, alongside Google AI add-ons.
