What an incredible week! 🌍🌱🚀 Today, we celebrated the final presentations of our Real Project “Planetary Health” at the Hochschule München – an intensive, interdisciplinary entrepreneurship seminar that brought together 72 students, seven professors, and international partner universities to tackle one of the most pressing challenges of our time: Food & Well-Being. Throughout the week, students from diverse disciplines—including business, tourism, social innovation, mechatronics, food/nutrition, agriculture, and natural sciences—worked in international and interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable business models addressing real-world challenges. The results presented today were impressive. Yet, beyond the innovative ideas and entrepreneurial solutions, something even more valuable happened. Our students strengthened their entrepreneurial mindset. They learned to collaborate across disciplines, cultures, and perspectives, embraced uncertainty, challenged assumptions, and transformed ideas into viable concepts. Most importantly, we hope they leave not only with new knowledge and skills, but also with new friendships and an expanded international network. As the teaching team, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all students for their enthusiasm, dedication, creativity, and the positive spirit they brought to the seminar every single day. Your commitment made this week a truly inspiring learning experience for everyone involved. A heartfelt thank you also goes to our international academic partners and all lecturers whose expertise and collaboration made this Real Project possible. We wish all our students a well-deserved break, continued curiosity, and every success in shaping a more sustainable, healthier, and entrepreneurial future. The future is built by people who dare to collaborate.
