The program combines systems thinking, entrepreneurship, and transformation competencies in an interdisciplinary, practice-oriented learning format. Participants work on real-world challenges from their professional contexts and develop solutions that can create immediate impact. The focus lies on sustainable transformation, innovation, and the development of new business models within complex systems.
