How will we feed nearly 10 billion people—without exhausting our planet? 🌍🌱 This week, our Real Project https://lnkd.in/dNTPsfm9 at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship gGmbH (SCE) kicks off with an ambitious challenge: Sustainability in Food & Wellbeing. Together with students and faculty from Hochschule München, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf and Lebanese American University, we will spend an intensive week exploring one of the defining challenges of our time: 🥗 How can we produce food more sustainably? 🚛 How can we reduce emissions across food production, processing, and logistics? 💚 How can technology contribute to healthier nutrition and help prevent diet-related diseases? 🚀 What entrepreneurial opportunities emerge from these global challenges? What makes Real Projects special is its interdisciplinary approach. Students from engineering, business, health sciences, design, and other disciplines work together in international teams to develop innovative, value-creating, and sustainable solutions to real-world problems. Entrepreneurship is not only about creating startups—it is about taking responsibility, embracing complexity, and designing a better future.
