Wie wir helfen, 2,5 Millionen Menschen in Großbritannien mit Trinkwasser zu versorgen🥛💦 Wir sind Teil des größten Wasserversorgungsprojekts im Nordwesten Englands: Das "Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme" (HARP) hat das Ziel, rund 2,5 Millionen Menschen im Nordwesten Englands weiterhin zuverlässig mit Trinkwasser zu versorgen. Unsere Rolle dabei: Die Wasserinfrastruktur auf den neusten Stand der Technik bringen. Das ursprüngliche Haweswater-Aquädukt wurde zwischen 1933 und 1955 gebaut und versorgt seither Cumbria, Lancashire und Greater Manchester mit Wasser aus dem Lake District. Nun wird es Zeit für eine umfangreiche Modernisierung, deren Finanzierung, Planung, Bau und Erhaltung wir gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern Equitix und GLIL verantworten. Our role: to bring the water infrastructure up to the latest technical standards. The original Haweswater Aqueduct was built between 1933 and 1955 and has been supplying Cumbria, Lancashire and Greater Manchester with water from the Lake District ever since. Now it is time for extensive modernisation. We are responsible for financing, planning, constructing and maintaining together with our partners Equitix and GLIL.
