We started building models that generate operational data from store visuals. Sounds easy. It’s not. A big part of the work is teaching the system what actually matters inside a store. What is a real execution issue. What is noise. How to create consistency between different stores, layouts, lighting, categories, and teams. But slowly, we’re seeing that things like VM execution, missing items, pricing visibility, and display consistency can become measurable at scale. Still early. Still a lot to solve.
