𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 & 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 With herSpace, the Storch-Ciret Group has created an internal development format that offers women in the company a dedicated space for exchange, personal development and professional topics. The format was initiated by Anke Uther. With her initiative, she set an important impulse: for visibility, impact and the question of how women can consciously shape their professional role. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 With herSpace & Friends, this idea has now been expanded. This time, the format was deliberately aimed at men. The goal was to open up the view on development, leadership and collaboration from an additional perspective. The afternoon was shaped by openness, sincerity and the willingness to engage with questions without immediately looking for ready-made answers. Special thanks to Vanessa Laszlo, who created the framework for a focused and personal conversation. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 herSpace & Friends shows that personal development and corporate culture belong together. And that it is valuable not to look at topics from only one perspective, but to consciously broaden the dialogue. We would like to thank all participants for their openness and interest and Anke and Vanessa for the initiative. _________________________________________________________________________________ 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 & 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 Mit herSpace hat die Storch-Ciret Group ein internes Entwicklungsformat geschaffen, das Frauen im Unternehmen einen eigenen Rahmen für Austausch, persönliche Weiterentwicklung und berufliche Themen bietet. Entstanden ist das Format auf Initiative von Anke Uther. Sie hat damit einen wichtigen Impuls gesetzt: für Sichtbarkeit, Wirksamkeit und die Frage, wie Frauen ihre berufliche Rolle bewusst gestalten. 𝗗𝗲𝗿 𝗻ä𝗰𝗵𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁: 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 & 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 Mit herSpace & Friends wurde dieser Gedanke nun erweitert. Das Format richtete sich dieses Mal bewusst an Männer. Ziel war es, den Blick auf Entwicklung, Führung und Zusammenarbeit aus einer weiteren Perspektive zu öffnen. Der Nachmittag war geprägt von Offenheit, Ernsthaftigkeit und der Bereitschaft, sich auf Fragen einzulassen, ohne sofort fertige Antworten zu suchen. Begleitet wurde das Format von Vanessa Laszlo, die den Rahmen für ein konzentriertes und persönliches Gespräch geschaffen hat. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻 herSpace & Friends zeigt, dass persönliche Weiterentwicklung und Unternehmenskultur zusammengehören. Und dass es wertvoll ist, Themen nicht nur aus einer Perspektive zu betrachten, sondern den Dialog bewusst zu erweitern. Wir danken allen Teilnehmenden für ihre Offenheit und ihr Interesse.
