After a long day in the summer heat, you decide to meet up with friends over a cup of ice cream. 🍦 But imagine this: only after a minute in your hand, the cup starts leaking.   Definitely not what you want.   This is where renewable, fiber-based packaging can prove itself. In these everyday moments, you need packaging that has been engineered to perform in each situation. Takeaway ice cream is consumed usually straight away and often on the move – but it still needs packaging with a sufficient barrier.   Since takeaway ice cream usually doesn’t spend too much time in the cup (not for us, anyway), a lighter barrier is sufficient. But during a heatwave, the ice cream can start melting quickly.
