At Stoneweg, we were proud to take part in a roundtable discussion hosted by Club Immobiliario Esade Alumni and moderated by Deloitte Spain, focused on the growing role of sustainability in the real estate sector.   Our Head of ESG and Sustainability, Ines Diez, joined industry experts to discuss how sustainable building practices and green construction are reshaping the future of our cities. The conversation centered on the transformations the sector must undergo following the implementation of the EPBD Directive, and how existing and future buildings will need to adapt to meet increasingly demanding environmental standards.
