Greater efficiency, increased automation: New filling line now operational! 🏭 A new filling line for small containers has been commissioned at our headquarters in Stühlingen, Germany. With this investment, we are replacing a production line that has been in service for almost 50 years while further expanding our production capacity. The new line fills paints, primers, pigments and additives in a range of container sizes. Modern automation technology and intelligent control systems help streamline operations and provide a strong foundation for the continuous development of our production processes. "The previous line had been running for 48 years. Our goal was not simply to replace it, but to take a step forward with modern technology," says Production Manager Thomas Fox. Alexander Schmidt, Head of Planning & Automation, also sees the new line as an important milestone: "The new filling line enables us to operate more efficiently and respond faster, while laying the foundation for a higher level of automation." The line is currently in its testing phase. 🔧 Even at this stage, the potential of the new technology is already becoming clear: production output can be significantly increased while further improving process reliability.
