As #PrideMonth comes to a close, we’re celebrating the people, conversations, and shared moments that helped bring it to life across ST. This year, an all-employee webinar opened meaningful discussion around topics such as navigating cultural differences and practicing effective allyship. It complemented the Pride Month initiatives organized by STAND, our employee resource group, and created more space for listening, learning, and connection. The reflections shared by our senior leaders reinforce an important message: inclusion, respect, and allyship are not abstract ideas.
