Last week in Le Cannet, along with multiple leading European companies, ST attended the French-Italian business summit led by Roland Lescure, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industrial, Energy and Digital Sovereignty and Adolfo Urso, Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy. The event highlighted the strength of the partnership between France and Italy and the role leading European companies play in supporting Europe’s long-term resilience and competitiveness. STMicroelectronics joined ATR, Thales Alenia Space, Leonardo and Marcegaglia for a roundtable to discuss the contribution of cross-border industry to Europe’s future and sovereignty. Together, these companies represent key sectors including semiconductors, aerospace, space, defence and steelmaking. What connects us is a strong industrial presence including major R&D and/or manufacturing operations in both France and Italy, and a shared contribution through our industrial footprint and our people to Europe’s technological leadership.
