What happens after #InternationalWomensDay matters just as much as the day itself in shaping a more inclusive world. For us, it’s about ongoing efforts to keep awareness high and promote #genderequality. That’s where our employee resource group WISE (Women, Inspiring, Supporting, Empowering) comes in. 🌐WISE is a global community of women and allies working together to create more opportunities for women to grow, lead and thrive at ST. Through webinars, roundtables, and a weekly blog, WISE plays a key role in driving awareness and high levels of engagement. The #IWD theme ‘ #GiveToGain’ comes to life throughout the year, through a wide range of events on leadership, worklife balance and networking. From wellbeing activities to cross-site networking and personal branding workshops, these initiatives aim turning our vision into concrete action, well beyond a single day. ✨A special thank you to our 58 local ambassadors, whose commitment and energy are driving these initiatives and helping us advance gender inclusion.
