✅ Detailed planning permission has been approved for the construction of a community campus, including a new primary school, at Durieshill. A meeting of the Planning and Regulation Panel of Stirling Council gave the go-ahead yesterday (Tuesday, 23 June) for the construction of a primary school to accommodate 292 pupils, as well as an Additional Support Needs (ASN) provision for 18 pupils. The school will form part of a community campus that will also include play areas, a sports pitch, outdoor classroom and external landscaped grounds.
