34 changemakers. One evening. One question that actually matters: how do we move from talking about inclusion to building it into the systems we work in every day? Last month we gathered at the Philips Museum in Eindhoven for our Spring Event "Systems of Inclusion," an evening dedicated to DEI as a core pillar of social sustainability at work. Petar Kalinov (Technische Universiteit Eindhoven), Renee Malone (Renée Malone - NeuroTeams Align), Aida Díaz Luque (Vanderlande) and Naima El Jaouhari (Driessen Groep) each brought a different piece of the same puzzle, and together they made something click. The throughline? Inclusion is not a programme or a policy. It is a system. And systems only change when people inside them decide to look honestly at who gets to show up, speak up, and thrive.
