Stevin Rock executive management would like to thank the Board for its support and approval of the proposal to introduce a new performance-related bonus scheme for our daily paid employees. This scheme reflects our commitment to supporting our labour force, recognising their contribution, and establishing a fair and transparent framework to reward strong performance across the business. The objective of the programme is twofold: first, to provide meaningful support and recognition to the employees who work hard every day on the ground; and second, to drive higher levels of productivity so that the business can respond more effectively to growing customer demand. By directly linking reward to performance, the scheme aligns individual effort with the operational priorities of the business. The bonus recognises both what is delivered and how it is delivered. It is designed to reward production and operational performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, discipline, and adherence to the right processes. In doing so, the scheme reinforces an important principle for the business: meeting customer requirements is essential, but it must always be achieved safely, responsibly, and to the standards we expect. The rollout of this scheme has required close coordination across operations, HR, business excellence, and finance to ensure that the framework is consistent, fair, and clearly understood.
