As part of our ongoing management safety and operational walkthroughs, it was a privilege to welcome the CEO, together with members of the C-Suite team, to our largest quarrying site at Khor Khuwair. During the visit, they walked through key production areas to see firsthand the progress delivered year to date and to engage directly with the teams driving performance on the ground. What stood out most was not only the scale of activity, but also the strength of collaboration across Mining, Drilling & Blasting, Business Excellence, Stock & Logistics, Maintenance, and HSE — a cross-functional alignment that is clearly translating into tangible operational improvement.
