For me, technology was always about one thing: creating real impact. That perspective shaped my time at ProSiebenSat1. Now, after almost six years, it’s time for me to move on. I started at ProSiebenSat1 digital, driving digital products, customer impact and growth. Later, I deliberately moved into the IT organization to broaden my perspective and help drive change from within. In the end, we brought both worlds together: a modern, product-led technology organization, clearly focused on value. One of the most meaningful parts of this journey for me was building a way of working that encourages ownership, enables good decisions and fosters the courage to change. Watching people take responsibility, grow into it and create impact together is what made this time truly special. I’m deeply thankful for the people I had the chance to work with, for the trust I was given and for what we achieved together.
