Inventory Control Clerk and Receiving Coordinator @ Tvilum | Managing Warehouse Inventory Effectively

Last week, a freight broker came into our warehouse looking for our business. I have enough experience dealing with Reps that I’m pretty sure my voice when talking to them has RBF. The thing is, as my manager and I discussed immediately after, is that no promise can come close to what Gaele Pinchinat and LOLO EXPRESS INC have provided us over the past 5 years. From the tail end of COVID through bridge collapses, port strikes, and whatever else has caused congestion…they have consistently provided greater clarity than the companies responsible for shipping our product. Maybe volume isn’t as busy. Maybe I’m not texting Gaele at 7 pm begging for Willie to bring me a particular container the next day…but the fact is that I know I can. Every time my colleagues in Denmark have negotiated a contract and asked me what I need, it’s always that we work with Lolo. And after five years of business together, it’s easy to lose the why… …until someone tries to hard to pull you away and you think of all they CAN’T provide.
