𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗼 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺   • Self-expanding 24 Fr funnel so the clot sees 24 Fr  • Low 15 Fr heart-crossing profile for safer navigation  • High-speed mechanical agitation + controlled aspiration  • Designed for single-pass efficiency  • Integrated blood return system that reduces median blood loss from over 300 mL to just 10 mL 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 & 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴  ENGULF study results presented at SIR and SCAI 2026 show strong clinical evidence supporting the Hēlo Platform, plus a major $80 Million Series C to accelerate commercialization. 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 Dan also highlighted how the platform can reduce procedure time, require fewer staff in the room, improve patient ambulation, and help free up ICU beds.
