CORE 87 – Halfway Through Week One We are officially halfway through the first week of the DICK’S Sporting Goods CORE 87 six-week Leadership and Management Onboarding Program, and what a strong start it has been. From day one, this group has shown the curiosity, commitment, and leadership mindset that it takes to be the best in the business. The conversations have been thoughtful. The engagement has been strong. Most importantly, these leaders have already demonstrated their willingness to learn, grow, and challenge themselves. At DICK’S Sporting Goods, we know great stores are built by great leaders. That is why programs like CORE exist. This six-week commitment is not easy. It requires time, focus, accountability, and a genuine desire to grow as a leader. That is exactly what this group has shown. As a company, we are incredibly proud of each of you for stepping into this journey and committing yourselves to becoming stronger leaders for your teams, your stores, and our athletes.
