Transformation begins with people behind the change. Recently, at the Vishwa Yuwa Kendra in New Delhi, we brought together our passionate Operations and Academic teams for a two-day capacity-building training. This was the moment to ignite shared purpose and strengthen the identities of our change-makers. Led by Neerupama Sharma, our Chief Manager Trainings, the sessions aimed to shift mindsets from simply delivering content to becoming true enablers of learning. Through hands-on exercises, peer dialogues, and cross-cultural exchanges, participants learned to design engaging pedagogical interventions and embrace their evolving roles. Collectively, a space emerged where individuals took ownership of their journeys, leveraged each other’s strengths, and reflected on how they can give better to their communities. This wasn’t just about skills-building; it was about reaffirming that empowering our teams is the path to lasting change.
