My LinkedIn friend Project Pirate asked me a great question: "(I)f someone's professional reality is anchored in investment principles from day one,.. how differently does their outlook form - and what separates the success of people who see projects that way from those who only ever see a project as something to finish on time?" I believe that the new understanding of projects, that, as PMBOK Guide 8 says thrice, "All projects are investments," has huge implications! So with The Pirate’s permission, I’ve tried to answer this important question in this LinkedIn article. Please let me know what you think. Steve the Bajan
