๐ Key takeaways from Orange Business Insights 2026 ๐ง๐ช Three themes stood out for me. ๐ 1. Trust is becoming the foundation of digital transformation Across cloud, AI, cybersecurity and connectivity, the question is no longer just performance or cost. It's about control, resilience and managing dependencies. โ ๏ธ Orange's answer is built around ownership of critical infrastructure, cybersecurity expertise, transparency and customer choice. ๐ค 2. AI is moving from applications to platforms The conversation has shifted from deploying AI tools to building AI-enabled platforms. Orange is embedding AI across its operations and services: network optimisation, observability, incident management, digital twins and future AI agents. โถ๏ธ The objective is clear: use AI to improve business continuity, operational agility and customer outcomes. ๐ค 3. Ecosystems are becoming a strategic capability The collaboration with Tech Mahindra illustrated another important shift: no single player can deliver digital transformation alone. ๐ชSuccess increasingly depends on combining infrastructure, platforms, services and expertise across partners. The role of technology providers is therefore evolving from delivering products to orchestrating ecosystems that create business outcomes. ๐ก My main takeaway: the real strategic play is not AI itself. It is the convergence of networks, cloud, cybersecurity and AI into a single trusted platform. Orange Business is betting that infrastructure ownership, operational control and trust will matter as much as AI capabilities in the next phase of digital transformation. Connectivity is dead... long live Connectivity as a Service ๐ Thank you to the entire team!
