Closing a Chapter, Opening New Horizons Last week, I wrapped up an incredible journey that began with a simple idea and a lot of conviction. 15 years ago my colleague Benjamin Obling from Carlsberg and I founded Perito Consulting, determined to help companies master the complexities of forecasting and inventory optimization. What started as two people and a vision grew into something far beyond what we imagined - an office in Mumbai, a team of 30 talented professionals, and the privilege of partnering with Nordic companies to transform their supply chain planning capabilities. The highlight of this journey wasn't the growth metrics or the successful acquisition by ROIMA in 2023. It was the people. Building and working alongside such an exceptional team has been the greatest reward. After 15 years immersed in forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning, I've decided it's time for a new chapter. In the immediate future, you'll find me hiking through Patagonia - taking time to reflect, disconnect, and return with clarity about what comes next.
