Mergers are never just about combining companies—they're about bringing together people, cultures, ideas, and ways of thinking. The past weeks have been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. We've learned a great deal from each other, questioned long-held assumptions, and discovered that many of our different approaches are actually complementary strengths. That's exactly how something better than either company alone begins to emerge. What impresses me most is the pace at which both teams are shaping our shared future. The openness, trust, and willingness to collaborate across borders give me great confidence in what we're building together.
