For patients living with below-the-knee chronic limb-threatening ischemia, a condition that significantly increases the risk of non-healing wounds and amputations, new treatment options could make a profound difference. At the recently concluded LINC 2026 conference, we were proud to see our meaningful early clinical progress presented by Prof. Marianne Brodmann. The outcomes are now also featured in Vascular News. Preliminary 3-month results from the first five patients treated with our resorbable fibrillated scaffold (RFS) showed: ✅ 100% technical success in these first human implantations ✅ No device- or procedure-related serious adverse events at 30 days This investigational device is designed to provide temporary support to the artery, thereby restoring the blood flow to the foot and support vascular reconstruction while the implant gradually resorbs over time. "Behind these results are patients with an advanced disease state" says CEO Bart Sanders. "While still early and based on a small cohort, these outcomes represent an important milestone and supports continued enrollment and follow-up.” As we proceed, we remain committed in our journey, bringing the RFS closer to the clinic and improve patient outcomes.
