🚨 REQUIREMENT: Expediting Engineer / Expeditors for Vendor Visit | Hefei, China* *STEM Consultancy* *Assignment Type:* Short Term Call-out | *Location:* Hefei, Anhui Province, China *Project Background* Client has placed a PO on *M/s SKM Overseas, Mumbai* for supply of *Cladded Pipe Fittings: P11+SS317L and CS+SS317L*. The vendor has sub-contracted further manufacturing to: *Name of Facility:* Hefei Tailan Metal Co. Ltd *Address:* B5-602, Jiushishuian, Longgang, Yaohai District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China *Scope of Work - Expediting Visit* The selected expeditor will be required to: 1. *Visit the facility* and check *item-wise manufacturing status* of cladded pipe fittings 2. *Conduct meeting* with manufacturer management/production team 3. Review production schedule, pending activities, and identify bottlenecks 4. *Prepare and submit MOM* - Minutes of Meeting after the visit 5. Capture and share *Date & Time stamped photographs* of items, production area, and progress 6. Submit a detailed *Expediting Visit Report* with recommendations *Required Qualification & Experience* - *Qualification:* B.E / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering - *Experience:* 5+ Years in *Expediting, Vendor Inspection, or Project Coordination* - Experience in *Oil & Gas, Power, or Process Industry* preferred - Prior experience of *China vendor visits* and knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage - Familiarity with *Cladded Materials, Pipe Fittings, and Pressure Equipment manufacturing* preferred - Must have *Good Communication skills in English*.
