Honestly, most people don't think about what goes into an AI compute site until they need one. We've been heads-down learning and executing — and we wanted to share what that journey actually looks like. It starts long before any hardware shows up ... long, long before hardware shows up. We're talking land discovery, environmental review, real estate, and months of conversations with utilities, state agencies, local governments, and the communities who will live near these facilities. Hundreds of contractors. Countless moving parts. A lot of people who have to say yes before anything gets built. And through all of it, we made a commitment: zero water consumption. No evaporative towers. No municipal water draw. Just air-side economization and direct liquid cooling — because the regions that need compute infrastructure often need their water more. We're also learning and executing fast alongside our incredible engineering teams as the newest chip platforms push thermal and power densities. The goal, always, is simple: help our tenants get online. Reliably. Quickly. With the energy and infrastructure they need to do their best work. We put together a short video that tells this story — would love to hear what resonates, or what questions it raises. Zero water. Full power. Full stack. 🌱 Over 775 MW in pipeline -> with 315 MW for open delivery into 2027. https://lnkd.in/gmpF28cx #AIInfrastructure #DataCenter #ZeroWater #Sustainability #StellarForgeCompute #AI
