On World Youth Skills Day, we recognize the power of education, skills development, and collaboration to help young people thrive. Through #Stellantis Philanthropy, we work alongside nonprofit organizations, educators, community partners and employees around the world to create pathways to learning, workforce readiness and opportunity.   From Future Days in Italy, which helps students explore the careers of tomorrow, to France's hands-on, action-driven Learning Planet Institute program that helps young people and educators turn knowledge into action and ambition into impact, young people are gaining valuable skills for the future. In Brazil, maker spaces provide hands-on STEM learning through robotics and 3D printing, while Algeria's IDMAJ program helps vulnerable youth reconnect with education and vocational training. Meanwhile, initiatives in India and the United States are expanding access to STEM education, technology and career-development opportunities.  This year's theme, "Skills for a Shared Future," reminds us that preparing young people for tomorrow is a collective effort. Together with our partners and employees, we are helping equip the next generation with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Today, we celebrate the students, educators, volunteers, and nonprofit partners who are helping build stronger communities by investing in youth skills and opportunities. #WorldYouthSkillsDay #StellantisPhilanthropy #SkillsDevelopment #Education
