Had a brilliant weekend at ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜๐—ต ๐—™๐˜‚๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€ at Emmanuel College. What stood out: a genuinely high-quality health tech agenda built around medical student ideas and collaboration. Exactly what I try to promote in my role at the RSM Digital Health Section. Highlights for me: โ†’ Getting to chat to other student researchers in digital health whilst presenting my research on AI transferability at the poster competition. โ†’ Henry Bergman (Heidi) hackathon workshop โ€” in under an hour, we were conceptualising solutions to real clinical problemsโ€ฆ โ†’ โ€ฆas part of that workshop, I helped build a prototype of a medical ward dashboard โ€” optimising ward round task management, improving patient outcomes, reducing length of stay and facilitating timely discharge. โ†’ Talks from some amazing speakers Muhunthan Thillai (Qureight), Bola Grace, PhD, MBA, Antony Rix (Lucida Medical), Professor Jag Dhanda, Danielle Brightman (Numan). โ†’ Using VR headsets for surgical teaching for the first time thanks to VRiMSโ€™s technology. Thank you Neil Sardesai and the organising committee for a fantastic event! #CambridgeHealthFutures #MedTech #DigitalHealth
