During my Research Curator Residency at FACT Liverpool, I explored how shared and practiced listening could reshape the inner workings of an institution. Together with artists Vivienne Griffin, Lola de la Mata, and Laura Cugusi, we introduced artist-led listening exercises into FACT board meetings.
