Safety day with our suppliers and partners! Earlier this week, we held another safety day with our suppliers and partners, building on the initiative we started in November last year. At Stegra, we are committed to working closely with suppliers, partners and authorities to create the safest possible environment, both on our worksite and in the surrounding community. As one of Europe’s largest construction sites, this comes with its own set of complexities, and collaboration is key to addressing them. This week, we brought together leaders and teams from contractors and suppliers in Boden to discuss how we are preparing for an intensive construction summer, with safety at the forefront. We were joined by representatives from the police and our unions, strengthening our shared commitment and enabling closer cooperation on safety. At our site, we follow 9 Life Saving Rules designed to prevent fatalities and serious injuries by focusing on critical, life-saving behaviors. In addition, we apply 3 Golden Rules that emphasize human behavior and situational awareness, helping to bridge the gap between safety procedures and a strong safety culture.
