Meet Niklas Malmström! With nearly two decades of experience in the steel industry, he is now a key part of production planning at Stegra. He will be responsible for planning production in the hot end of the steelmaking process, adapting it based on the type of steel being produced. “As soon as I heard about Stegra and the overall project, I knew I wanted to join. I get to build my role from the ground up, which is both exciting and challenging. But more than anything, it’s the people. Getting to work with such talented, knowledgeable, and driven colleagues from all over the world is very rewarding. I feel grateful to be part of this journey."
